Dark Break Coffee Shop was born from a simple conviction: that great coffee shouldn't be rushed, and the people who make it should care about every detail. We started as a one-person operation roasting in a garage, and we're still doing things the careful way.

Our beans come from farms that treat their land and their workers with respect. We roast in small batches so every bag tastes exactly as intended. Our bakers start at 4 AM so you can have something warm and genuine by 7. This isn't a production line — it's a craft.
